Challenges

Accountability rules: every check-in needs a photo proof. Missing a day costs -20 XP and a strike. A proof flagged fake by the community costs -25 XP and a strike. 3 strikes = challenge failed (-50 XP). Every challenge has a deadline (its length + 2 grace days) — not finished in time = -60 XP. Need out? Withdraw safely: free in the first 24h, only -15 XP after.
